Requirements to initiate cooperation with EyesunRose

As initiation of cooperation, the down payment is required (40% of the total cost). The down payment must be from non-borrowed personal resources includes cash on hand; securities, bonds, and debentures; vested profit sharing (net of taxes); and business or real estate equity, exclusive of your personal residence. Since the total cost varies place to place, the minimum amount for a down payment will vary. Generally, we require a minimum of $300,000 of non-borrowed personal resources to consider you for a franchise. There are some opportunities to enter the program with less cash available i.e. in rural or urban areas. Individuals with additional funds may be better prepared for additional or multi-regional opportunities.

Franchise ongoing Fees

Following fees need to pay during franchise term:

• Monthly Franchise fee: 3.0% to 5% of monthly sales upon the franchisee sales performance as franchise monthly fee.
• Rent: Percentage of monthly sales as percentage rent for rented place by franchisee.

Financing

Franchisee buyer required to pay a minimum agreed cash as a down payment toward the purchase of a franchisee. The remaining balance of the purchase price may be financed for period of maximum five years. Generally, EyesunRose does not offer financing but Owner/Operators enjoy the benefits of other various supports.
